Payment Policy

For private transports, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remainder of the deposit is due prior to animal arrival.

For non-profit 501c3 rescue transports, payment is due prior to animal arrival.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for completed transports except on a case-by-case basis for exceptional events. In general, any driver delays are not subject to refunds. We do our utmost to arrive on time, however, road closures, unexpected weather patterns, unexpected traffic, etc can impact arrival times and are generally outside of the driver’s control.

Deposits for private transports are considered non-refundable.
